Energon
Energon is what Transformers run on. You can’t eat normal food as a Transformer, so Energon is the only thing that fills your Energon bar and keeps you healing.
Every shard fills you up about as much as a big meal, and each type has its own extra effect.
EnergonThe normal kind. It also clears Dark or Synthetic Energon out of your system bit by bit.
Red EnergonSpeed II for 30 seconds.
Dark EnergonA big boost that stays in your system, and it raises Terrorcons.
Synthetic EnergonEnergon you make yourself in the Energon Converter.
Tox-EnToxic Energon that poisons Transformers.Crystals and blocks

Handle with care
Section titled “Handle with care”Raw Energon is unstable. If you shoot an Energon crystal or block with a Transformer blaster it’ll explode, about as strong as TNT. This goes for Red Energon, Dark Energon, Tox-En and Budding Energon too. It won’t happen while you’re phased with the Phase Shifter, and the explosion only breaks blocks if mobGriefing is on.
Shooting
Section titled “Shooting”Shooting uses a little Energon too. Around one shot in four takes some, and once your Energon bar is down to two icons you can’t shoot at all.
