How to get

Creative menu or /give only

Right-click a block to place it. After 3 seconds it goes off, and over the next second its field spreads out to about 8 blocks in every direction. Transformer players, Vehicons and Terrorcons caught in it die instantly, since they all have a Spark. Humans, wild Scraplets and other mobs are fine, and a Totem of Undying won’t save a Vehicon from it.

After that it drops as an item again, so you can reuse it.
